DJ, not quite sure I understand what you mean about the rings showing, but I plan on filling and blending everything in for a smooth look. I dont like the area around the tach, I made the ring about 1/4" too big (too bad so sad) its stayin.
I like your idea about the little shades over each gauge ,that will look great.

I'll keep posting progress pics,gotta get to work summer's comming!
