Thanks for all the encouraging words. As far as the cf on the dash and other fg panels ,yes they will be as glossy as i can get them . I plan on painting most of the fg a medium to dark silver with the cf on selected areas like the gauge cluster, the defroster and ac tubes around the spkrs ect...

To cuztom90 Im like most guys on this site only backwards ,where most guys have a $35,000 dollor truck and put 5 into it I started with a 5000 dollor truck and put 35into it.Stupid but someones gotta do it.LOL The banks almost broke so this thing needs to get finished.

One place it looks like I might have to cut corners is in the engine comp. I planned to cf the inner fender wells and make flat trim panels out of cf to hide the insides of the fenders but there is a worldwide shortage of cf .I have enough on hand to do the interior (providing i dont screw any up) but I have 6 yrds on order that might not show up for a couple months.


I have been practicing doing "fake" painted on cf that looks pretty good so I might have to go that route.
