actually, the 6.0 is going to be cake - swap the motor/trans and the entire motor/trans harness at once, and get a custom computer tune to integrate the two with your truck. a fair amount of work, but very straightforward.

wait - is it a NBS or OBS? NBS will be cake, OBS will be a pain...
