Its so easy for a 96-98 obs I cant belive none of you know this.
Open drivers door-pull cover off of fuse box on side of dash-look at cover-find the letters DRL on the covers list-go to that spot on the fuse box-remove fuse-put cover back on-start the truck-walk to the front of the truck-look at headlamps.WOW!!!!!
Long story short,PULL THE DRL FUSE.
P.S.99-02 press dome light button on-off 2 times in a row NOT 5 times.This will shut off DRL.
