What is/are NBS, LS1 & OBS? And is there a place here at FULLSIZE that defines some of the terms - maybe I've been away too long. In a past life, I rebuilt British engines, Ford man. 3 speeds and rebuilt a couple of British cars - was a jet engine mechanic in an even better life.
Thanks in advance,

this isn't really the thread to ask these questions...but no biggie.
OBS= Old Body Style. it's FSCism for the 89-98 model trucks.
NBS= New Body Style. It's FSCism for the 99-02 model trucks.
LS1= the 5.7L 98-02 corvette/firebird/camaro engine
LSx= the family of LS1 based engines. the 4.8L, 5.3L, 5.7L, 6.0L, and 7.0L.
