your swap is a hair different than the others posted, but pretty close. you can use the entire engine/harness/computer from the z28, but you will still have to go through the wiring and remove several things your setup wont have, and rearrange several items to work with your truck. if you are wanting to use the factory gauges that will also take some custom wiring to mate them to the harness you already have; if you are going to use aftermarket gauges then you will just use the factory harness to run the engine/trans only and make the modifications from there. you will need of course all new exhaust, an electric fan setup, new throttle setup, completely redone fuel and a/c lines, possibly a new adjustable/return style fuel rail depending on whether or not your engine has one already, and new motor mounts, but S&P I believe makes the adapters and rail you need. last but not least, the computer will need to be adjusted for the mods you make to the harness, to delete any systems you remove, and to adjust the speed/shifts for whatever gearing you have in the truck. lengthy swap, but well worth it IMO.
