before you do that just buy a 1" block from your auto parts store. And before that, try swaping leafspring, and your coils(left to right). and even before that check and mesure on a very flat surface, with the wheels straight and no load, with even tire pressure(this assumes your shocks are good also)that it still sits unlevel. its just that there are a lot of variables when it comes to the "chevy lean"
