Looking at the number.
Minus the 2 feet for 6' bed compared to my 8' bed.
Then rolling tape measure up.
Putting tape measure in garage.
Coming back inside to my computer and typing in the number I ended up with.
Then to find these smart ass comments from people like yourself posted after I actually went out and measured, and gave a realistic number to the poster as he requested.
But yes, I think that I have a pretty damned good idea how long it is thank you very much. My number is probably a few inches long (but not much - better to be slightly over than short) of the overall length of the truck, as the poster wanted.
Don't like it, go get a true old body style and measure it and see what you come up with smart ass.
He is not asking for wheel base, he is looking for overall length. IE the part where he is wondering if his garage is big enough... That might be the informational clue for you there.

Hey Smartass, settle down and note my use of smilies in my earlier reply to you.
Also note his last statement:

For comparison, a 2001 RCSB chevy is 203" overall length. I think a 72 would be closer to 203 than 140....

I was clarifying the information I gave him may be the overall length and was not wheelbase.
Thanks for coming
