I'm getting ready to bite the bullet and tear into the Tahoe, and do my HoePuter install, along with a bit of freshening up on the system as well!

Phase One:

The above parts have been purchased, and most are in-possession, and a few are en route to my door. I'm planning on getting this setup up-and-running out of the 'Hoe, in the shop before any of this enters the vehicle.

The plan is for a new F/G center console to house DC-DC, mobo, TS, fans, cupholders, a bit of storage, etc. I'm doing a full HU delete, and I'm planning on running a JBL 6-channel amp for the front stage (2-way, active) and the rear channels bridged for the sub, until phase 2 on the upgrade begins!

I still have the DC-DC power supply to pick out, as well as my FM tuner, and decide on any wireless connections. I'll post up my work as it comes along, but don't hold your breath on progress, as I rarely have time for my own projects!

Phase Two:

Same as above, possibly adding rear screen (non-TS)
Sound Card: New... As to what...

Video Card: Depends on if another screen is added

Front Stage: 3-way active ran off the JBL 6-channel
-Mid Bass: looking at SLS 8" in the doors; MadiSound.com
-Mid: ???. Probably in the kicks.
-Tweets: ???. Probably in the kicks.
Rear Stage: NONE!
Sub: Dayton HO

Fusion Brain

Phase 3:
Adding serious bass. Sub(s) unknown, but probably gonna be fairly serious.

I know some of the other members on here are running CarPuters, so feel free to chime in on anything!
