You planning on trying to keep everything 8-lug? If not, can try to source-out a junk/salvage yard for a rear-end with disc-brakes.

I had a few thoughts I tried to post last night when the computer decided to crash out on me. Was going to point out another source for body parts, fiberglass. USBodySource.com
Can just about replace everything on the truck, except front fenders, unless you get a whole clip (hood, front, and fenders).

I'd give you hand in the tear-down, but, I can't afford the gas to drive from Mississippi to Cali, or the speeding tickets.
