My 2001 silverado is having the exact same problem. I just replaced the actuator and still staying in full heat. anyone have a fix for this ? Thanks

Internet searches now turn up some things like needing a new BCM (Body control module) or re-calibrating the temp control (which I assume was your reason for pulling the fuse to reset this control module).

Any other suggestions for me before I have to take it to the stealer?
