As far as filling and emptying quickly, 1/2" air line, and either 1/2" or 3/8" valves should be pretty speedy. Of course, the more air you use, the faster your tank will drain, and the more your compressor will kick on. My advice - Get an engine driven compressor and a 12 gallon tank. That should make things fairly quick. As far as laying frame, you're gonna need at least an 8" step notch for the rear frame, and you'll need some sort of link-style suspension. Either bolt-on or weld-in. Look on suicide doors dot com, find stuff ya like, make a list maing.
