A few things that I had on my 98 Extended cab S-10 were

Flexalite electric fan http://www.flex-a-lite.com/
Powerdyne supercharger http://www.powerdyne.com/
JBA Headers http://www.jbaheaders.com/
HP Tuners Tuning software http://www.hptuners.com/

With these, a torsen diff with 3.73's I was able to run high 13's with a 3600lb weight.
