If I knew it from the beginning. I would have kept my old LLY 04 duramax. It pulled everything I wanted and it got really good mileage. I didn't keep it long enough to have any injector problems. But all 80,000 miles I put on that one, that had to be my best truck. I don't know if I was towing with the wind or what. But coming back from Canada I was towing a atv trailer with 4 atv's and was getting 24 per gallon. Now my 07.5 LLM wouldn't get that if I pushed it down the highway. And I have to say it does have more power. But it's actually got more towing power then I'll ever need. But like I've been always saying, the 07.5 is going to get traded off for a 4.5L half-ton. I'm just hoping I can get mileage close to what my old 04 got, or better. Would be good.
