According to the site, it is over $700 for the set up, but that
does not include the tank.
By the time you add the tank and other associated stuff (like gauges that are also not included), you are going to be around $1200 - or more. The Bully Dog tank lists out at over $700, but can be had for a little over $500.
Let's see, $700 + $500 = $1200. So the pricing is
not way off.
