If some company out there ends up making a good bolt on MPFI setup for the L31 they'd have a decent monopoly going on. no competition other than like the Marine, and other custom manifolds, but the desire for those would be virtually nothing. especially if the bolt on manifold was well made and not a half assed setup.
also to update my earlier post in this thread, I've got my MPFI manifold on, been running it for the past 3 weeks, retaining all the stock emissions stuff, running regular injectors, and its doing great. the intake wouldn't be too incredibly hard to make for a company like edelbrock, when they alread have several intakes for vortec heads.
