I was just out at Watson road (head west on I-10, outskirts of town) this afternoon, not really a technical group of trails out there (my truck didn't have a problem with it) but it was pretty fun for the three or so hours we were there, and I'm sure there's a hell of a lot more around there.
I've only been here a couple months, this is the only place I know that's close enough for me to justify the gas to get there.
