As for the sealant, I used liquid nail and a brad nail gun with clamps. I also ran a bead along all the nooks and cranny's with the liquid nail and smoothed it out the best I could with my finger. I did this on the outside as well to help make sure no air leaks were going to be present.
All of the cutout holes are a touch undercut as well so I can make the final adjustmants with sandpaper to insure a nice tight fit.

Also the flared port (aka Aeroport), was the best for my application. I could use the 3" port to get my tuning and the flares help with the noise.
I guess by Friday I should know if the box is going to hit or be a total failure. My new HU should be here Thursday and I figure get every thing for the box installed tomorrow and get it all sealed up nice and let'er sit a few days to make sure the liquid nails drys real good.
