If you wanted to keep everything fairly stock, you would have to make provisions for:
EGR
Thermostat Bypass
Water Temp Sensor
Vacuum Brake Booster
PCV Routing
MAP Sensor
Wiring for Injectors
Throttle Body?
Ignition Coil Bracket Mount?
Not sure if I missed anything. At that point, you might as well go with the marine setup. It has been tried and tested. Although the Edelbrock intake does come with rails.....So that is nice.
