I just bought a very clean '97 extended cab Z-71 gmc with only 65,000 miles. Truck seems very nice for a 11 year old truck. The bed floor is barely scratched. Bright red paint gray interior and power everything, and everything works very good. Found this web page while looking for some ways to update the look of the truck. I like the older body style but would like to "modernize" the exterior look of it. Thinking maybe late model stock Z-71 wheels and a billet grille. Might also add some clear headlights or upgrade to HID.
