I had mine lowered 4/6 with a rear flip and because the flip brings a hoe down (heh) more than it does a pickup, the shop had to put lifting shackles on it to bring it back to 6". I'm looking to run this down to a 5/7 drop and was wondering if I just put stock shackles back on it if that would give me that 1" drop I'm looking for.
The shackles that are on it now are 3" long center to center on the bolts:
If stock shackles are 5" long, that would do the trick. Wish I would have kept 'em but I think I sold 'em at a swapmeet many years ago

Replying to myself, the stock shackles are 4.5" long. So mine lifted it up 0.75". I found a pair of stock take-offs from an 08 and will install them soon.
