Thanks everyone,

MONZTER is correct polyester resin will melt most foams .I like to start with epoxy resin first then after a through sanding I go with poly resin for $$$$ reasons. Then For wetting out carbon I like Epoxy better due to the fact that it's clearer than poly . At least the ones I use are.
