Andyj_O as far as fabric I go to a big fabric outlet and pick something cheap that has some stretch to it .Make sure the fabric you pick stretches in at least 2 directions . I know some guys use spandex,and it doesn't take a lot of resin to get a shape, but you need to add some glass after or it will crack.

As far as the weight of the fiberglass mat ,I have been using Evercoat Sea-Glass ,It does not state a weight on the package.

As far as progress I have been concentrating on brakes and have been working on the z06 vette calipers that should be done soon
