Around here material is charged the same way as labor. If the job pays 3.5 hours you pay for 3.5 hours labor and 3.5 hours of material...Don't ask why, but I think it's $30 something/hr at our shop for materials and it's $42/hr for labor.

Happily married...so far 03' Sierra 7" PC lift, 3" PA bl, 20" Diamos, 35x12.50x20 Toyo M/Ts, TBSS engine cover, Cherrybomb ext, Blackbear Tune, 4 8" 130w PC lights, 7" indash, custom painted sub box and dash bezel.
