Most of it is already to the "cancerous" point where it's weakened and easy to put a hole in. This was my dad's truck before it was mine, and when it started rusting, he noticed it and didn't really have the time to do anything about it.
When you say cut it out, what do you mean? And if wanted to replace parts of the body, how would I do that?
