Most likely, your radio is fried, or close to being fried. If your still under warranty, get it replaced. If not, you might be able to salvage it by hosing it out with tuner wash. Tear it apart, and clean it really well with tuner wash and let dry completely, then reassemble and pray it works.
If the battery stays disconnected for too long, the radio loses its memory and you have to get it reprogrammed. A dealer should charge NO MORE than $50 to do so. If they want to charge more, go to a different dealer.
