Just figured I would add my two cents...I used the Ryobi ni-cad a few years ago and was actually impressed with the way it held up as a daily user...plus replacement wasn't that big of a deal at 50-60 dollars for a 18 volt in case something did happen to it...thankfully it never did...

With that in mind, I recved the 18v lithium series kit (Ryobi) for xmas and absolutely love the power and how fast the batteries recharge (1/2 hr)....

Can't wait until they start making more lithium tools (like they did with the old ONE series)..

Anyway...that's it
