there is a pretty good weight addition. but nothing that is going to be noticable unless you put in like 200 sq ft.
the whole point of deadening is adding mass so that your body panels dont resonate and distort the sound waves trvaeling in your truck. so there will definitly be a weight gain but it is worth it when you close the door for the first time and just get a dull thud.
