you will need shorter shocks for the rear.
you will need to loose the shackles and hangers.
you will need to get factory shackles and hangers.
you will need to do a 6" flip kit.
you will need new rear shocks.
you will need, and want, 2" drop spindles up front.
you can keep your shocks you have now because you are using drop spindles.

you can probably try to find 3" drop leaf springs if you want it to ride bad, but thats your decsion, not mine, IMHO, go with the flip kit for sure.

your ride will stay the same as it is now as long as you get new bump stops and correct shocks.
