my old s10 I put the wheels on backwards, cause I was to excited about putting the NEEPERS on. No noticable problems the entire time. Rightnow on my landrover the tires are on backwards once again, only because of some odd wear issue which cause my truck to pull to the left , but the alignment was ok.

The only real problem is the way the tire push's away the water. but you would only notice this in a monsoon type down pour
