hey man, i read through but i'm pretty confused. here's what i'm working with:

i understand the concept of the setting formula, just not sure if i'm doing it right.

i think this is the formula that will work.
V=sqrt (250w RMS x 4 Ohms)
V=sqrt (1000)
V=31.6
