Re: Chassis Tech / Aim products
While I didn't read the whole conversation, I will add that I had a horrible experience with AIM. Without going into lengthy detail, I ordered an airbag kit for a vehicle. The first kit was the wrong one, as well as the second. AIM wouldn't send a call tag for either kit and wouldn't pay for the return shipping, even though it was their mistake. They also refused to refund my money, stating they would only offer me store credit. After realizing I was not going to win without pursuing legal action I ordered the kit one last time. The kit was finally the right one but it was missing 1/2 of the parts that I had paid for. Upon searching the invoice, they had marked all parts as shipped. I called immediately to tell them not all parts had arrived and I was told it was my word against theirs and they wouldn't help me at all. I would encourage anyone who is looking to order from them to do so at their own risk!
