88-98 trucks you can either remove or modify the chime module. It's the black box under the dash next to the power distribution block.

99-02 the chime is in the BCM. I haven't messed with mine.

03-06 is integrated into the stereo & BCM. I haven't messed with this one either

07+ You can disable the seatbelt light and chime bu unplugging the 2-wire connector on the right side of the drivers seat. It goes to the seatbelt and when unplugged, the truck things the belt is buckled, thus eliminating the chime/light.
