We use the 88-91 front K1500 rotor (standard-duty) for this application. The OE rotor is a composite rotor design where the hat portion is stamped steel and the friction surface is cast onto the hat however some of the OE replacement/aftermarket rotors for the application are unicast designs. I have a pair of slotted AC Delco Durastop Performance rotors in stock if you're interested. They are $150 for the pair if you order with brackets and hoses.

(1) GM #18038526 (ACDELCO #18A1013) ROTOR, 11.625 X 1, 6 X 5.5, RH, DURASTOP PERFORMANCE
(1) GM #18038525 (AC DELCO #18A1012) ROTOR, 11.625 X 1, 6 X 5.5, LH, DURASTOP PERFORMANCE

You can use any GM metric small caliper with our brackets, including front or rear calipers, depending on whether you want to maintain rear parking brakes at the wheels or not.

(1) GM #18035814 Front Caliper w/o parking brake, RH (i.e. 1982-1987 Chevy Camaro front caliper)
(1) GM #18035815 Front Caliper w/o parking brake, LH
(1) GM #18035980 Rear Caliper w/ parking brake, RH (i.e. 1980-85 Cadillac Eldorado rear caliper)
(1) GM #18035981 Rear Caliper w/ parking brake, LH

Aside from that, you'll just need flexible brake hoses to go from the calipers to the rear axle hardlines which will require some minor modifications. We sell a braided stainless kit with (2) 12" FlexKORE hoses, (2) M10x1.5 banjo bolts, (4) 10mm crush washers, (2) clips, and (2) universal hose anchor brackets for $57.50. You may want to run an adjustable proportioning valve as well, which we have in stock for $50.

Please let me know if you have any further questions.

I meant to ask him about ABS. I am familiar with 4 wheel ABS using disc brakes, but I currently have drums on the back of the truck. I have ABS on the truck, I'm not sure if it is 4 wheel ABS or not? Some cars/trucks with rear drums sense the rotation of the cooling fins on the rear brake drum for the ABS. I'll have to poke around and find out how the system currently works and if they have a solution using their rear disc kit. HTH
Anyone have pics on the rear dics setup for a 6 lug 4x4 model?
Thanks
