The 76-79 B/D/E car rear calipers (big body) are the 2 3/8" piston calipers, the F-Body and 79-85 E Body are the 2" calipers.

The 2 3/8" calipers are more like fronts, they physically big calipers and more suited to truck use.

The cool part of the 76-81 rear discs (B/D/E and F) are all vented rotors not solids, so they handle high heat far better than solids.
