They also refused to refund my money, stating they would only offer me store credit. After realizing I was not going to win without pursuing legal action I ordered the kit one last time. The kit was finally the right one but it was missing 1/2 of the parts that I had paid for. Upon searching the invoice, they had marked all parts as shipped. I called immediately to tell them not all parts had arrived and I was told it was my word against theirs and they wouldn't help me at all. I would encourage anyone who is looking to order from them to do so at their own risk!
I am sorry to bring up a sore subject, but why didn't you just charge back the credit card? If you don't know what that means I will explain. You call your CC company and tell them that they sent you the wrong stuff or didn't ship all of the order and you are getting scammed. They will refund you the money and launch an investigation. They usually side with the cardholder. I have done this many times. Works like a charm.
