Re: Chassis Tech / Aim products

I have not read all the posts here, but I will say this. I have dealt with them on a few occasions years ago. The first occasion they sent me the wrong air ride kit, then called me a liar. They said they sent exactly what I ordered and made a huge deal about fixing the problem. I asked why in the world would I order an air ride kit for something I don't own?

SECOND time I had a set of CHASSIS TECH / AIM Industries spindles on a truck. I was backing out of a parking space and the spindle snapped in half and the truck fell to the ground. The LIFE TIME WARRANTY is a JOKE. They asked if I had my receipt, which I had lost. I said surely you have it in your computer, but they said they didn't so I was not going get them warrantied. I then explained that their name was cast into the part, isn't that proof enough? The guy said "we can't verify if they were bought from one of our vendors or us". What in the WORLD would that matter? LOL. They were in fact purchased from them and not a vendor. So then I asked if they would be able to sell me just one to replace the bad one, which should not have broken anyway. They told me no I would have to buy a pair. Not that I wouldn't have wanted to replace both anyway due to the lovely display of quality seen there. I am extremely surprised they are still in business after all the negative feedback about these guys. I could be wrong here, but from what I understand Whoever owns trucking magazine owns them, or is owned by them. I think I made that sound complicated enough haha. Anyway my 2 cents, have fun with it!
