Here we go through h3ll again....omg, why does this gotta be so HARD to handle for such a popular truck? SUX. I was going to drop my truck this weekend. My buddy said just get AIM stuff (i live in AZ) but he said "you get what you pay for". So instead, I went with a company in AZ called Grunion Fabrication (McGaughy parts) and paid for the springs, shocks, shackles, spindles and they said it will be delivered by Wednesday. Which is today! So, when UPS never showed, i asked for a tracking Number #. To no avail, as they responded with "they were never ordered" which makes sense, because it was towards the end of the day on Friday and sounded like she just wanted to get me off the phone and probably started Monday and forgot about me. She responded finally and said "sorry" but now the parts wont get to me for another 5 days! I said, please Overnight them here by Friday or give me a full refund. Of course they wouldnt want to make a customer happy by covering the overnight fee and i opted for the refund. So there is TWO companies IN AZ with very disappointing results. Now its been a week and a half, i had a garage and friends to help install it all on Saturday and i aint got SH!T to install. I'm so p!ssed off right now, going to get some beer. Now what?????????
