Maybe I put one two many O's my truck has 200.000 klm.\160.000 miles. Hell thats not even broke in yet my 91 mazda mvp has 541.214 klm.{over half a million klm.} and still runs like new. The oil I use is made by Valvoline for BMW it is BMW'S full syn. 5w40 or Valvolines own 10w30. People who know use Valvoline
