I agree with all most every thing said. I am in the process of getting a shop started, and I am going to have a long talk with my customers so that me and my customers both know what is wanted and expected. Then they will sign a disclaimer stating that air ride suspension is for show use only and that I will not be held responsible for any problems or accidents. Warrenty and other things will be taken into consideration ( example cracking welds or bags rubbing or those sort of things). then when work is finished they will sign another paper stating that the work is at least satisfactory and at least what they expected. All work will be of the up most quality. You shoould never settle for less than the best.
I am not afraid of my work being unsatisfactory. It will always be the best. You just have to be careful now days. Example, If something happens and someone gets hurt or killed there family might try to have a hay day you and you end up out of buisness, bankrupt, jail or what ever. It may have been something that has nothing to do with the custom suspension but now days you can get a law suit for almost anything.
I'm not doing it for the money. I'm doing it because thats what I love to do and I am tring to help the custom truck world grow.
O yah
AIM does suck
