No Problem. I believe the guy that I talked to at Fabtech was Louis. I thought only 4" was strange also. When I asked him why they only dropped it 4" when other spindle lifts dropped it 4.5" he said "I don't know why they only drop it that much". It does not say on their website, so you may want to call them.
