View Full Version : Quick question about Center consoles

What exactly is needed to swap out the jumpseat/flipdown console/armrest on my new HD to the floor console? If I were to find one out of a burb or Tahoe, would it still work? I mean, the center floor mount console is the same from an 03 or 04 Hoe to my 04 HD, right?

Might be, only thing id be afraid of is the tranny tunnel:think: Id assume it would be an easy swap though.

a lot of times the center consle only has two bolts and a clip in the back at least its like that on the obs.

I do beleive that it is a direct bot-on. Actually I think that the bracket for both runs underneath the front seats and are bolted down there. I know thats the way it is on the fold down seat, but I'm not sure about the console. I can look after while to make sure if you don't have an answer by then.
