Getting headliner out of NBS reg cab

I'm stumped, and don't have my Haynes handy. Anyone know how to get the coat hanger hooks out of the rear of the headliner? There are no screw holes, and I've tried twisting them, separating the two halves with a screwdriver, even cussed 'em real good. :cussing:

Did anyone else know that the visors are held in with Torx fasteners? How weird is that??!?!!?

they pull apart i am tring to remember i just installed my rag top i think there is an indent in the back of the hook where i jamber a mini flat head in there and it poped apart i will double check tho
