Thinking a building a custom console

I want to build a custom console but i have a manual 4x4 shifter on the floor any ideas on how i can do this?

Build the console down the center and the shifter shouldnt bother it at all.

Ive built one for a truck with floor 4X4 shifter almost just like the one i have in my truck i just built around the shifter down there.
