Roughly how long would it take to swap out my interior. I know a guy who is gonna give me his mint grey interior to swap with my tan one. How big of job is it? Is there anyhwere with pics or something to walk me through it?

Thanks

depends on how good of tools you got honestly..if you have alot of nut drivers...and alot of sockets with air powered tools..it goes quick...like..chop shop quick...i can strip the entire interior of my tahoe...including dash and headliner....to the point where it looks like in my avatar in about 25 minutes...

 but how many times have you done it?? :D

I would probably have trouble finding all the screws and the clips for the dashboard. a lot of the parts are just held on by clips. I would set a weekend aside because there are also unforeseen problems that you'll run into.

25 minutes may be a but unreasonable but its not a hard job at all. I have stipped my Tahoe numerous times and once you have done it once it just gets faster and faster each time.

are the new interiors easier? Or would I be able to do it in under a couple hours? I will need to swap the whole dash too.

I guess your talking about the 95-98 dash that your installing.
Better set aside a week!!
You will need the 95 harnesses and a/c ducts.. may be able to splice it into the engine harness for the 90 but don't count on it.
I am going to do the whole 92 to 95 swap, but I have a complete 1995 harness front to back that I am using so there is not guessing and splicing involved(ok very little)....

Better think real hard and plan it out first..

Okay so you swapping a 90 with a 90?
When you say newer I think of 2000 up trucks. A newer OBS is the revised interriors that came in the 1995 to 1998 model years.
It should not be too bad then. simply unbolt, remove, and replace. Need LOTS of patience.
