What's a good source for the headliner fabric? (I'd like as close a match to the factory as possible, my interior is the tan color.)

Citizen Rider 04-11-2004, 12:27 PM eigther through a GM dealer, or an upolsty(sp?) shop can special order it i think. 92silverado-ss 04-11-2004, 08:51 PM Some fabric stores carry special fabric for headliners, complete with foam backing. I'm not sure on whether it's the right shade, but you could take a piece of yours and check. I'm sure it'd be cheaper there too. burbanchick 04-11-2004, 10:03 PM i buy all my stock looking headliner material from a local fabric and upolstry shop it's like $15 a yard and if you are going to do it yourself let me suggest that you use the 3m SUPER trim adhesive it will run about $12.50 a can but it will hold up that headliner a lot better than any other adhesive you can get That is what I use at my shop LilMule 04-11-2004, 10:06 PM Go to pep boys you dont have to oder any thing they sell it. its 40 bucks and they sell adhesive spray for it as well just take out your headliner remove your old foam and cover that sucker with the glue and smooth it on cut to fit your done they all so sell it at Jo ann fabrics for 10 dollars a yard. vBulletin® v3.8.2, Copyright ©2000-2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
