LATCH and child safety seats

Does anyone know if there is an aftermarket L.A.T.C.H. made for my 2002 Sierra CC. For those of you with 2003-2004 crew cabs, LATCH is the metal clip built into your rear seat that a child safety seat(carseat) clips into.

I did a search online but came up empty.
