Crap!!!!!!!!

I went to check on my parts today at the paint shop and the primer on all of the vinyl peices was cracking. Is it possible that there wasn't enough flex additive??? I am going to pick up some more tomorrow and shoot it on. Hope it works.

ps, has anybody on here with a painted dash ever color sanded it or buffed it?? what do you all clean or polish your dashes with??

Only prep I did to mine was wash each piece to clean up all the armor all and then spray on 2 coats of adhesion promoter before painting

What vinyl pieces are you speaking of? I had no problems of any of my pieces and I just used flex primer and had no problems.

oh its on the glovebox lid, heater piece, the piece that goes around the instrument panel, just about everything that is vinyl. by the way, its an 88 obs. but yeah, i used regular plastic primer, adhesion promoter, and flex additive. the primer isn't really "coming off" but it is cracking. it will still stay stuck to the vinyl though. i think i just might have to add more flex additive than before.
