How do I turn off air vent under dash

[95Silverado]

The big air box with multiple vents on it is located under the dash, above the center hump. It keeps venting air into the cab. Is there any easy way I can get it to stop flowing air through it?

On mine I just turn it on Recycle mode. And it stops the airflow.
