Help with repair

The pivot bar that holds the ashtray on my baby has broken. I tried a expoxy kit from Advance no luck. It is broke right at the point where it attached to the end. What is the best way to repair?

U mean replace the entire dash? I know there has to be someone that has experienced similiar and repaired with something useful.
